Fully Stocked Kitchen: We provide a variety of coffee options (k-cups provided, pour-over and drip machine available in the kitchen), cocoa, hot teas, as well as assorted sugar/sweetener and creamer. A full set of quality cookware, dishes, glasses, and silverware, along with placemats and napkins are available. We also provide non-glass drink-ware and dinnerware for use outside/in the hot tub. Dog bowls are available. We provide a gas grill with fuel tank and grilling equipment. Bedrooms: The downstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed, with down and down-alternative pillows, as well as extra blankets. High quality sheets and duvet cover ensure a great rest on the top-quality mattress. Multi-charger station, cell-phone Qi charger, and alarm clock are provided. The loft is furnished with a queen bed, quality linens, and extra bedding. Connectivity & Entertainment: We offer satellite internet access, smart-TVs for you to connect your preferred streaming apps in the living room and primary bedroom, an assortment of books and games, as well as some outdoor games. Additional Info: The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with gravel road for the final 1.5 miles. This road is easily driven with a car; there are some spots with limited visibility, so please drive gently in the event another car is approaching, as well as to reduce dust. The nearest grocery and other stores are in Berkeley Springs about 20 minutes away, so it is best to provision on your way in. There is a Dollar General about 10 minutes away. We have security cameras at the front porch and facing the driveway to monitor the property when vacant and ensure our cleaning and lawn services are top-notch. ☆☆HOUSE RULES☆☆ - NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
